What you'll read on this page will give you a head's up about
what to expect when you take a tour with Linda!


Each day will begin with prayer. Smoking is not permitted on the motorcoach or anywhere else that would offend another tour member. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted. Individuals with physical and/or mental disabilities are welcome to join us on all tours. However, if special assistance is required, please be accompanied by someone who can assist you. All couples going on an overnight tour and wishing to share a room must be married. Seats will be assigned on a "first deposit received" basis.


Children are welcome to join us on all tours. However, we do not recommend children under the age of ten traveling with us on overnight tours. We do offer some day tours that would interest children, but a child's price is not always available. If you have any questions about a specific tour, please call our office for information.


Reservations are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis and must be received with the required deposit for each tour. Deposits for one-day tours will be for the full price of the tour. Deposits for overnight tours will be listed in the itinerary for each tour. 

Final Details

Final details of a trip will be sent approximately two weeks before departure. On an OVERNIGHT tour this includes a personalized luggage tag, a list of accommodations, and a list of folks traveling. On a ONE-DAY tour your Final Details will be sent to you on a postcard that includes the time and location of the departure.


On overnight tours, please limit luggage to one large suitcase per person. You may also bring along a small carry-on to be placed in the overhead luggage rack of the motorcoach. This carry-on bag would be your responsibility. We discourage the use of garment bags.

Cancellation / Transfer Policy

Please notify the office as early as possible if you need to cancel your reservation for a trip. If you find someone to take your place which does not affect trip arrangements, you will not incur additional costs but the transfer of money between you and the other traveler is your responsibility. Information about the replacement needs to be given to the office prior to the trip. If no one is found to take your place and the office does not have a waiting list, you will be offered a refund or transfer of money to a future trip less any expenses that cannot be recovered plus a $10.00 per person per travel day fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations the day of departure or to those who do not show up on the day of departure.


Fun Time Tours assumes no responsibility of liability in connection with any services provided by motorcoach, or other motor conveyance, train vessel, carriage, airplane, or other modes of transportation, whether used wholly or in part. Neither will they assume any responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, or any injury, loss, accident or delay brought about by reason to defect of any vehicle engaged in transporting the passenger, or person engaged in carrying out the details listed in the itineraries, our tour brochure, or our website. The expectration is that no significant changes will occur, however, the right is reserved to make changes in the printed itinerary or in motel/hotel accommodations whenever it will benefit the tour participant. Any additional expenses that occur as the result of weather, strikes, war, sickness, quarantine, accidents, or other causes are the responsibility of the individual tour participant.
