Guidelines on a FUN TIME TOUR ...
* Each day will begin with prayer.
* Smoking is not permitted on the motorcoach or anywhere else that it is offensive to another tour member.
* Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
* Persons with physical and/or mental disabilities are welcome to join us on all tours. However, if you require any special assistance, we request that you are accompanied by someone who can assist you.
* All couples going on an overnight tour and wishing to share a room must be married ~ husband & wife.
* Children are welcome to join us on all tours. However, we do not recommend children under the age of ten (10) traveling with us on overnight tours. If you have any questions about a specific tour, please call our office for information. We do offer some day tours that would be of interest to children, but a child's price is not always available.
* Reservations are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis and must be received with the required deposit for each tour. Deposits for one-day tours will be for the full price of the tour. Deposits for overnight tours will be listed in the itinerary for each tour. Reservations made by telephone will be held for ten (10) days and will be secured when the required deposit is received with the completed reservation form.
* Seats will be assigned on a "first deposit received" basis.
* Final Details will be sent approximately two weeks before we leave on tour. On an OVERNIGHT TOUR this will include luggage tag(s), a list of accommodations, and a list of folks traveling. On a ONE-DAY tour your Final Details will be sent on a postcard that includes departure time and location.
* On overnight tours, please limit luggage to one (1) large suitcase per person. You may also bring along a small carry-on to be placed in the overhead luggage rack of the motorcoach. This carry-on bag would be your responsibility. We discourage the use of garment bags.
Included on a FUN TIME TOUR ...
* Transportation ~ The motorcoach is equipped with a rest room and air-conditioning as needed.
* Lodging ~ Reservations are at good quality motels/hotels (3 star or better when available) and non-smoking rooms are requested.
* Meals ~ On overnight tours, two (2) meals are included each day (breakfast and the main meal of the day). Breakfast is included on the first day of an overnight tour (exceptions to this will be noted in the Itinerary for that tour). The main meal is usually the evening meal, but on occasion will be the noon meal. For One-Day tours please check the Itinerary for any included meals.
* Attractions ~ All sights as listed in the Itinerary
* Luggage Handling ~ Luggage handling is included on all overnight tours. This is limited to one (1) suitcase per person.
* Escort Services ~ Tours will be escorted by Linda "Fun Time Sunshine" Hostetter. EXCEPTIONS: Women of Faith & Gaither Concerts. There are also a few tours when Linda is already out on other tours. This will be noted in the itinerary.
Not Included on a FUN TIME TOUR ...
* Meals ~ The light meal of the day is not included on an overnight tour. On a One-Day tour, please check the itinerary for any included meals.
* Gratuity ~ Driver and Escort gratuity is not included, and is at your discretion.
* Room Tip ~ On an overnight tour, the gratuity to the maid is not included. Fun Time Tours recommends $1.00 per person each night for a clean room.
Other Important Information...
* Transfer Policy ~ If a substitute is found, the cancellation is subject to a single charge of $5.00 per person. If a transfer is made from one tour to another tour within 30 days of the departure date of the original tour, it is subject to a single charge of $5.00 per person plus any expenses that cannot be recovered.
* Travel Insurance ~ Travel Insurance (accident, baggage, and cancellation) is available upon request. Contact our office if you are interested in purchasing this insurance.
* Responsibility ~ Fun Time Tours assumes no responsibility or liability in connection with any services provided by motorcoach, or other motor conveyance, train vessel, carriage, airplane, or other modes of transportation, whether used wholly or in part. Neither will they assume any responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, or any injury, loss, accident or delay brought about by reason to defect of any vehicle engaged in transporting the passenger, or person engaged in carrying out the details listed in the itineraries, our tour brochure, or our website. The expectation is that no significant changes will occur, however, the right is reserved to make changes in the printed itinerary or in motel/hotel accommodations whenever it will benefit the tour participant. Any additional expenses that occur as the result of weather, strikes, war, sickness, quarantine, accidents, or other causes are the responsibility of the individual tour participant.
* Advertised Prices ~ Prices advertised in our brochures or on our website are subject to change.
